Before entering IT, Justin worked in heavy industry where discipline, accountability, and precision were non-negotiable. That foundation shaped the work ethic and ownership mindset he brings to every client engagement.

He began his technology career in 2006 supporting operational manufacturing systems and later advanced into the automotive sector, where he led enterprise-level network design and implementation. He built and managed large-scale infrastructure from the ground up, overseeing architecture, deployment, and long-term performance. His experience includes leading Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations, strengthening network and security posture, designing identity and access frameworks, and modernizing complex infrastructure environments.

Justin is known for stepping into challenging situations and bringing stability quickly.
