In 2001, the partners of the accounting firm of Dent, Baker & Company formed Dent, Baker Technology Group with the vision of providing high-end technology solutions for its small business clients with a focus on customer service. Since that time, this group has grown from a niche project based business to a rapidly growing managed services provider. In 2006, the company was formally organized as Impact Technology Group, LLC.
